Features
Standard features include the acoustic insulation modules (walls, ceiling and sandwich floor), a package of add-on acoustic modules, and a door, power connection and power socket.
Options include acoustic design types, room design and additional features, e.g. transparent modules, ventilation components and electrical installation.
> Overview of features available for the audio box and audio booth
Add-on acoustic modules:
The Basic acoustic design type includes a package of absorber pads for damping mid and high frequencies. The pads, measuring 51 cm x 123 cm x 2 cm, can be attached to flat surfaces or corners.
Material: White fleece material, free of mineral fibers
Attachment: Velcro-type tape
The Balance acoustic design type includes a package of broadband absorber modules for damping low, mid and high frequencies. The modules are swivel-mounted on the walls and thus tunable, or can be pressed into place on the ceiling (not shown).
These modules can be individually retrofitted and can be combined with absorber pads.
Surface: White marbled, with aluminum edge protection (for wall modules)
Wall attachment: Screws, hinged side on the right or left as desired
Ceiling attachment: Push-in connector
Optional features:
Enhanced insulation against structure-borne sound:
For heavy objects such as pianos or shelving, there are individual acoustic isolation elements.

> Measured values for impact sound level: Sandwich floor
Enhanced insulation against air-borne sound:
The insulation against air-borne sound can be further enhanced if required. Here there are often tight constraints due to the permissible floor load-bearing capacity. In case of doubt, we recommend consulting a structural engineer.
Ventilation:
Integrated ventilation system for incoming and outgoing air with two silencers:
Optional designs:
- Passive incoming and outgoing air
- Active incoming and outgoing air, with on-off switch in the door frame
- Active incoming and outgoing air, continuously adjustable, with control in the door frame
Altogether, the nominal ventilation capacity is 220 m³/h. In a small audio box, the air is exchanged more than seven times an hour.
In a renovation, ventilation modules can also be installed in another position.
External ventilation system for incoming and outgoing air with two silencers:
Optional designs:
- Active incoming and outgoing air, with on-off switch in the door frame
- Active incoming and outgoing air, continuously adjustable, with control in the door frame
Wiring, lighting and electrical features:
The cable duct is in the door frame or in a selectable position in the floor. The simple, effective closure guarantees the same high level of soundproofing. Cables can also be installed subsequently.
Add-on cable conduits provide for the routing of wiring, e.g. for lighting or additional power sockets. The components can be screwed on and removed with no residue. Space for this is kept free by the absorber pads and swivel-mounted absorber modules. Commercially available components can be used.
